401 (k) Retirement Plan:

Mission Road provides a 401 (k) retirement plan to provide employees a way to save for their future.  Employees who are at least 21 years of age and who have worked with Mission Road for at least three months are eligible for participation.  Details on the 401 (k) plan are available here.


Dental Plan (Guardian):

Employee shares the cost of the premium.  MRM pays 50% of the cost of the premium.  


Medical Plan (Humana):

Employee shares the cost of the premium.  MRM pays 75% of the cost of the premium for “employee only” on Cvg1st4000 plan and 50% of the cost of the premium for “employee/child(ren)”; “employee/spouse”; and “employee/family” on Cvg1st4000 plan.


Basic Life and AD&D Insurance (Standard Life):

$10,000 Basic Life; $10,000 AD&D.  Free, if you get medical coverage.  Employee pays total cost of the premium if not enrolled in medical coverage.


Voluntary Life Insurance (Standard Life):

Available amounts for Employee Only-$25,000, $50,000, $75,000, $100,000.  Spouse $10,000, Child(ren) $5,000.  Employee pays total cost of the premium.

Long-Term Disability, Supplemental Product (Unum Provident):

Monthly benefit: 60% of monthly earnings to a maximum benefit of $5,000 per month; waiting period 90 days.  Employee pays total cost of the premium.

Supplemental Products (AFLAC):

Example of products: Disability Insurance; Life Insurance; Accident Insurance; Cancer Insurance. Employee pays total cost of the premium.

POP—Premium Only Plan, Cafeteria 125:

By participating in this plan, you choose qualified benefits to meet your individual needs and then pay for them (medical, dental, and some supplemental products) on a “pre-tax” basis.   


Employee Referral Program:

Current employees who refer other employees to work at Mission Road will receive a monetary reward depending on how long the referred employee works for Mission Road  Ministries.  More details on the Employee Referral Program are available here. To refer an employee to Mission Road, please fill out the Job Referral form and follow the instructions for returning the form to the Mission Road Human Resources Department.
