Unicorn Centers, Inc. is a vocational training and job placement agency for adults with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. The Unicorn Center is located in San Antonio, Texas. Unicorn customers are empowered to achieve their maximum potential for independence and productivity in the workplace and in the community through specialized Unicorn programs.
Founded in 1984, The Unicorn Center is the only site in Bexar County offering life enhancement through the combination of half-day contract work, life skills training, job placement, job coaching and long-term follow-up. Unicorn serves approximately 200 customers each day, with ages ranging from 18 to 80 years old. Unicorn Centers, Inc. is part of the Mission Road Ministries family of agencies.
